1. Overview

AngleFoundry ("we," "us") is a US-operated, AI-powered offer analysis tool at anglefoundry.com. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what we do (and don't do) with it. The short version: we collect only what we need to run the Service, we don't sell your data, and we don't run ad trackers.

2. Data We Collect

• Email address: used for magic-link sign-in and transactional emails about your account and purchases.
• URLs you submit: the landing page and YouTube video links you ask us to analyze.
• Generated analysis content: the teardowns, scores, and rewritten copy the Service produces for you.
• Basic request metadata, such as your IP address, used for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
• Payment status: whether a purchase succeeded, via Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use this data to sign you in, run your analyses, deliver what you purchased, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests. That's it.

4. Service Providers

We rely on a small number of providers to run the Service. Each receives only the data it needs for its role:

• Supabase: authentication and database (your email, your analyses).
• Anthropic: AI processing of the content you submit for analysis.
• Stripe: payment processing.
• Vercel: hosting and request handling.
• YouTube / API data sources: used to fetch public metadata and transcripts for video URLs you submit.

5. What We Don't Do

• We do not sell your data. To anyone. Ever.
• We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking.
• We do not use third-party analytics cookies. The only cookies we set are functional: keeping you signed in and the site working.

6. Public Share Links

You can share an analysis via a public link with an unguessable address. Anyone who has that link can view the analysis preview, no account required. Only share a link if you are comfortable with its contents being viewed by whoever you send it to (and whoever they forward it to).

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We keep your analyses so we can show you your history and keep your share links working. If you want your account and data deleted, email support@anglefoundry.com and we will delete them.

8. Your Rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing support@anglefoundry.com.

Visitors from the EU/UK: AngleFoundry is operated from the United States, and your data is processed on servers in the US. By using the Service you understand that your data is transferred to and processed in the United States. The rights described above (access, correction, deletion) are available to you by email.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy here with a new effective date and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
