Terms of Service

1. Who We Are

AngleFoundry ("AngleFoundry," "we," "us," or "our") is an AI-powered marketing analysis tool operated by its owner from the United States. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and AngleFoundry that governs your use of anglefoundry.com and the services we provide there (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

AngleFoundry lets you submit a landing page URL or a YouTube video URL and receive an AI-generated "offer teardown": scores, recommendations, and rewritten copy intended to help you improve your marketing. A free preview is available, and full audits can be unlocked for a fee.

By submitting a URL, you confirm that you own the content at that URL or are otherwise authorized to have it analyzed. You are responsible for the URLs and content you submit.

3. Your Account

We use passwordless, magic-link sign-in: we email you a link, and clicking it signs you in. That means your AngleFoundry account is only as secure as your email account. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure and for all activity that occurs under your AngleFoundry account. If you believe someone else has accessed your account, contact us right away.

4. Payments, Credits, and Refunds

  • Full audits are unlocked with a one-time fee per audit, or with credit packs. Current prices are always shown at checkout.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
  • Purchased credits do not expire.
  • Refunds: if an audit failed to generate or is materially defective, contact us at support@anglefoundry.com within 14 days of purchase and we will make it right, typically by re-running the audit or refunding the fee.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

This one matters, so please read it. Analyses produced by the Service are generated by artificial intelligence. They are provided for informational purposes only and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. Scores and recommendations reflect an AI model's assessment, not verified facts, and we make no guarantee that following any recommendation will improve conversions, revenue, or any other business result. Nothing in the Service is legal, financial, or other professional advice. Use your own judgment before acting on any output.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, overload, or otherwise abuse the Service, or access it by automated means outside its intended interface;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the Service's underlying models, prompts, or source code;
  • Submit URLs or content you do not have the right to analyze;
  • Resell the Service's output as your own automated analysis service, or wrap the Service in a competing product;
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Your content: you keep all rights to the content and URLs you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service.
  • Generated output: we grant you full rights to use, modify, and publish the analyses, rewritten copy, and other artifacts generated for you, for any business purpose.
  • Our retention: we may retain generated analyses in order to operate the Service (for example, to show you your history and to power share links).
  • Our property: the AngleFoundry name, branding, site, and software remain ours.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your account by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use harms the Service or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as payment obligations, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any analysis will be accurate or complete.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AngleFoundry will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms here with a new effective date and, where appropriate, notify you by email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
